Telerin Financial is the new name for a company four decades in the making. Originally started in 1988 by Malcolm DeBay. The company has recently rebranded, shifting its focus to the personal client and business markets. Now owned and operated by Edward DeBay the company seeks to provide expert financial advice to individuals, families, and businesses.
Edward has been in the financial advisory industry for more than a decade, working at multiple private wealth management companies before joining Gallagher in 2019. There, he focused on brokerage development. Specializing in helping other financial advisors find the best products and strategies for their clients. Edward left Gallagher in 2025 with the aim of helping his personal clients full-time. Bringing his expertise in advanced markets and financial solutions, helping him craft unique plans for the individuals and businesses he serves.
